- In stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days after receiving payment. Custom items will be shipped upon completion, usually 2 to 4 weeks. Delivery time for custom orders should be agreed before payment is made.
- Shipping price is calculated according to the delivery country. It might vary from 3 to 8 Eur.

Shipping time is 4-15 days for Europe and approximately 3 weeks for U.S. and other overseas countries.

- If you want to ship your order in some particular way, please contact me.
- If you feel that Ami shipped you the wrong size ring, we will gladly size your ring to the correct size. In this case, please contact us immediately.
- If you ordered the wrong size ring, we are suggesting to contact local jeweler to size your ring. If you don't want to go to a local jeweler, Ami will happily size your ring for 25 Eur sizing fee. But please, have in mind that returns take time.
- Please ensure you have entered your correct mailing address at checkout. Once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email for any questions related to delivery.
