Returns and Exchanges

  • The best award for me is happy clients. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. 
  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours. 
  • If you've decided to return, please notify me within 14 days of delivery so that I can promptly process your request. 
  • Because of the nature of these items, custom designed or personalized orders can't be returned or exchanged. 
  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return. 
  • A refund will be issued when the item is received in it's original, unworn condition. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

 
  • Gift Card and E-Gift Card are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards are not replaceable.
